I design at both the strategic and physical level. Sometimes that means working on complex systems — services, experiences, innovation strategy. Other times it means prototyping and building actual products. It's rare to do both at once, but that range is kind of the point. I go where the work needs me.

When I'm not working, you'll find me kayaking on completely still water (none of that white water business, please), practicing my Russian vocab, and slowly improving my spice tolerance.
